At LabSoln, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed on our website www.labsoln.in can be cancelled.


1. GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS

You may cancel your order under the terms listed below. Cancellation requests must be made before your order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


2. CANCELLATION WINDOW

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation eligibility depends on:

  • Order status
  • Product type
  • Availability of courier pickup

3. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, you can contact us through any of the following:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for cancellation

This helps us improve our service.


4. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

Cancellation may be granted only if:

✔ Order is not yet shipped

Once a tracking ID is generated or the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.

✔ Product is not custom-made or personalized

Customized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

✔ Customer responds promptly

If verification is needed and the customer does not respond within 24 hours, we may cancel the order on our end.


5. CANCELLATION BY LABSOLN (STORE-INITIATED)

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Pricing errors or incorrect product information
  • Payment not received or failed
  • Invalid or incomplete address
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Unforeseen logistics issues

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.


6. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is approved (and the order has not been shipped):

Refund Mode

Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • UPI
  • Bank Account
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Wallets
  • Net Banking

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.
Your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount.


7. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

We allow partial cancellation only when:

  • The order contains multiple items
  • The items requested for cancellation have not been dispatched
  • The product is not custom-made or bundled

Refunds for partial cancellations follow the same process as full cancellations.


8. POST-DISPATCH CANCELLATION (Not Allowed)

Once your order is dispatched:

❌ Cancellation is NOT possible
❌ We cannot recall or stop the shipment
❌ Refund will not be issued at this stage

You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return an item after delivery.


9. NON-CANCELLABLE PRODUCTS

Cancellation is not allowed for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products labeled as “Non-Cancellable”
  • Products on clearance or final sale
  • Items purchased under special promotions, combo offers, or limited stock deals
