💻 1. Digital Products & Online Services
Our offerings include:
- Online training materials, webinars, and masterclasses
- Software setup guides, digital SOPs, and compliance documentation
- Membership or community access plans
Since these are digital and instantly accessible products, refunds are generally not possible once access has been provided or the download link has been delivered.
However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate payment or accidental transaction
✅ Technical failure that prevents you from accessing the purchased content
✅ Incorrect item/service delivered (e.g., wrong course or file)
If any of the above situations occur, please contact us at info@labsoln.in within 3 business days of your purchase. We’ll verify your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
📆 2. Subscription & Membership Cancellations
If you’ve subscribed to a LabSoln Membership, you can cancel at any time by emailing info@labsoln.in.
- Cancellation requests made before the renewal date will stop future billing.
- Cancellations made after renewal will apply to the next billing cycle (no partial refunds for the ongoing period).
- Access to premium content will continue until the end of the paid term.
💡 You’ll always retain access to free community content and discussions even after cancellation.
💳 3. Refund Process (If Applicable)
For approved refunds (duplicate payment, technical failure, or incorrect delivery):
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that refunds will not be issued for:
- Successfully accessed or downloaded digital materials
- Completed training sessions, webinars, or masterclasses
- Services already rendered (consulting, onboarding, etc.)
- Subscription periods already active
